We encourage you to be prepared to introduce your AI bot when starting a call with other participants. Transparency is key, and from our experience, participants often become curious and ask for a summary later. Introducing your AI can help them stay focused during the call. Customizing your AI bot’s appearance and name is another effective way to introduce it and enable it to introduce itself when sending your AI to meetings on your behalf. For example, you can name your AI "X's bot- please approve it in the call”.
